
National Museum of Singapore returns with Spot & Shoot 2009 – Our Landscape this July 2009.
Held in conjunction with the museum’s The Image of Our Landscape exhibition.
This photography competition for youths aims to bring focus to what Singapore means to them and their personal views of Singapore today. They will rediscover Singapore’s varied landscape, scenes of change and development and better understand our heritage and culture by capturing their representations with their camera.
The submission duration for all entries in the Student category is from
7 July 2009 – 7 August 2009. The theme for this category is
‘School – scapes’ and it is
open to all Secondary 1 – 5 students studying in Singapore. Students must capture images of what their school/ institution means to them. These may be images of iconic features of their school/ institution’s history, heritage and/or landscape(s). Each person is allowed to submit 8 best shots via
